I'm a US Air Force veteran. I started PK Veteran in Florida in 2014 to work on federal contracts, and I formed Pham Consulting in California in 2021.
Pham Consulting is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. I provide professional and technical services across domains: scientific research, engineering, data analysis, systems operations, maintenance, logistics, and HR augmentation or outsourcing, for the federal government as well as local businesses.
I believe we can do this with our values intact by putting profit second to integrity.
Founder of PK Veteran (2014) and PHAM CONSULTING (2021). US Air Force veteran.
I have more than 37 years of experience, from humble jobs to liaison and diplomat at the national and international levels. I provided national security for the United States of America and international security for the United Nations.
I lead with integrity.
